According to one of the most reactionary bourgeois websites, that is, NewsMax. com: “Rudy Guiliani said he believed
elections in some big cities could be rigged, some with dead Democratic voters.”
So, it seems that only some big cities rig their elections  with dead Democrats.
Well, what does other big cities use to rig elections.?
Perhaps, other big cities use dead Libertarians.
And what about small cities?
Do small cities rig their elections with dead GOPs?
It is extremely difficult to rig elections using dead people.
When dead people — or, in other words, ghosts try to touch physical objects, ghosts pass through the objects as if the objects weren’t even there.
So, if a ghost tried to operate a voting machine in a big city, the hand of the ghost would pass through the machine as if the machine weren’t there.
If big cities knew their political processes were penetrated by a large number of ghosts, these cities would remain big for long because their populations would haul ass.
The R&B tune “I Ain’t Afraid Of No Ghost”  does not reflect how the living feel about ghosts.
